Insurance & Financial Information
I am currently in-network with Providence, Optum, United, First Choice, Cigna/Evernorth, and Aetna. I am actively working toward credentialing with all other major insurance companies.
I also see self-pay patients, and I can provide a superbill upon request out-of-network reimbursement.
Private Pay Rates:

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (90 minutes): $400

Follow-up visits range from $200-$300 depending on complexity
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
You are required to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancelation. Late cancelations with result in a $150 fee.
No shows are subject to a $150 fee.
Urgent Communications
Your wellbeing is important. Please be aware that this practice is unable to provide crisis or emergency support outside of regular business hours. Messages received after hours may not be reviewed until the next business day
